Mobingo Delivery policies

 

• The customer has to confirm delivery received or write a notes within 1 week after tasks delivery.
• Hosting fees starts in 2 weeks after complete delivery of the website.
• If the customer does not publish the website for any reason , he has to pay the hosting fees after delivery time completed.
• All the features will deliver same as the demo version that published on Apple and Google store.
• The customer has the right to change color and icon (white label) at the first setup.
• The customer has to pay for extra features that evaluated by mobingo.
• Publishing customer app will be on mobingo apple and google store.
• Mobingo will charge the customer if he require to publish on his own apple and google stores.
• The customer has to confirm received delivery or write a notes within 1 week after delivery.
• The customer notes about the app should include only (Bugs, Colors, Icon, layout issue, translation).
• The new features of mobingo app will apply on the customer app within support period only.
• The support period is 3 month after delivery completed.
• The customer can extend support period by contacting mobingo sales team.

 

 

سياسات الاستلام للموقع و التطبيق

 

يجب على العميل تأكيد استلامه أو كتابة ملاحظات في غضون أسبوع واحد بعد استلام المهام المطلوبة.

تبدأ رسوم الاستضافة بعد أسبوعين من التسليم الكامل للموقع.

إذا لم يقم العميل بنشر الموقع لأي سبب من الأسباب وقد اكتملت جميع المهام علي الموقع، فعليه دفع رسوم الاستضافة بعد انتهاء وقت التسليم خلال اسبوعين.

جميع الميزات من نفس الإصدار التجريبي المنشور على متجر ابل و جوجل

 يحق للعميل تغيير اللون والأيقونة (white label) عند الإعداد الأول للتطبيق

 يجب على العميل الدفع مقابل الميزات الإضافية التي يطلبها والتي يتم تقييمها بواسطة موبينجو

mobingo apple وmobingo google store سيتم نشر التطبيق على 

سوف يقوم موبينجو بفرض رسوم على العميل إذا طلب النشر على متاجر ابل و جوجل الخاصة به.

يجب على العميل تأكيد استلامه أو كتابة ملاحظات في غضون أسبوع واحد بعد التسليم.

ملاحظات العميل حول التطبيق يجب أن تتضمن فقط (البق ، الألوان ، الأيقونة ، مشكلة التخطيط ، الترجمة).

 الدعم الفني للتطبيق و الموقع ٣ اشهر بعد التسليم

يمكن للعميل مد مده الدعم بالتواصل مع المبيعات للحصول علي عرض الدعم الفني و التطوير الاضافي
